Stephen Resendes, REALTOR®, represents home buyers and sellers in San Diego County, the Bay Area, Los Angeles County and Imperial County.
I learned real estate at the trustee-sale table, buying, rehabbing and reselling homes in the East Bay from 2010, then served in the Navy. Today I represent buyers and sellers, and I run every deal on the numbers and every client relationship on a family standard.
Service and family
In 2016 I joined the Navy's Naval Special Warfare program, where I spent eight months in school. From there I made two deployments aboard the USS Shoup and served two years in Bahrain.
Today I'm happily married with two young kids. That's the family standard I bring to every client.
The story
During the Great Depression, Amaral kept a wind-powered grain mill in his village. Families who couldn't afford to pay ground their grain for free. That kindness saved many lives, my grandmother's among them.
The mill could give because it ran on the wind. It sustained itself, so it had something left to share. I've built my business on that lesson: work that stands on its own two feet, and the freedom to help the people who need it. That is our real advantage.
It's why I run every deal on the numbers, and why part of what I earn goes back out to people doing good work.
