This website is run by Stephen Resendes, a California real estate salesperson (DRE #01895670) working under broker Dominic Leung (DRE #01227725). This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, phone number, email address, a property address, the areas or price range you're interested in, your timeline, and any message you write. The site has no accounts, no sign-ups and no shopping cart.

The site does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, session recording or tracking cookies. Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.

How we use it

• To answer your request: a home valuation, a buyer consultation, an agent referral, investor updates or a call back.
• To send the updates you asked for, such as the Monday trustee-sale preview or deals that fit your buy box. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To text you, only if you checked the text-message box. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. Consent to texts is never a condition of doing business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. Form submissions pass through FormSubmit, an email delivery service, to reach Stephen. If you ask for help with a transaction or an out-of-state move, Stephen may share your details with the people needed to help you, such as his broker, a lender, an escrow or title company, or the agent you ask to be introduced to. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're working with you and for as long as real estate record-keeping rules require. After that, we delete what we no longer need.

Your choices and California rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop receiving emails or texts. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because it does not track you across sites in the first place.

Children

This site is for adults buying, selling or investing in real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
